Marriages are made in heaven but celebrated on earth. But sometimes these celebrations turn sour because of several reasons and take the form of divorce, thus parting the souls which were meant to stay together. The pain through which the divorced people pass though cannot be expressed in words. Sometimes it becomes very difficult for some persons to control the emotional outburst that results because of divorce that they need medical assistance to overcome that ugly phase of their lives.

Divorce is not favored by anyone but sometimes the situation become so out of control that there is no other option except divorce. It is very tough for both the partners to cope up with the stress and alienation that occurs with this transition. So the effort should be applied not to go for such a painful stage of life.

First of all people contemplating divorce should always keep this fact in mind that there is a life after divorce but that is painful and terrible.

It is an ugly phase which cannot be overcome easily. There is a possibility after divorce that you may start to regret certain things for which you may feel guilty. Further by opting for divorce you may spoil your kids life, who will not be able to get their parents love. So think 100 times before taking such a hard and merciless decision of your life.

If you find difficulty in divorce survival, then you can also take the help of your near and dear ones who are close to you. But remember that only you can employ certain efforts for surviving divorce and in that process no other person can help you except guiding you.

Try to make your present better in stead of opting for an unpredictable future. Remember even a beautiful flower gets wilted sometimes because of harsh climatic conditions but if proper care is taken, it blossoms again on the return of favorable climatic conditions. So avoid divorce as it may lead you to nowhere.

Question by Jennifer C: How soon after a divorce can one re-marry in Pennsylvania?
A friend of mine just filed for divorce in the end of March; both her and her husband agreed and the divorce should be final in 3 months as there was nothing to fight over. She has been separated from her husband for 1 year already out of their 3 year marriage due to some infidelity on his part. During their separation period, she met and got engaged to someone else. She is currently planning her wedding to this gentleman. So, how soon after her divorce is finalized can she apply to re-marry? Thanks for any advice.

Question by : How does divorce settlement and division of marital assets work in the UK?
I don’t understand how much % should the spouse give to the other in case of a divorce. I was wondering does the woman pay to the man if she or her parents are wealthy. Why do people say that men often are the losers when it comes to divorce. Would men not be losers if his wife went to work and earned money during marriage? What is called marital assets. Does earnings of a spouse in his personal account a marital asset or only joint accounts and property under the name of both the man and woman?

Question by Ask _DR!!!: Will getting a divorce make it harder to get permanent residence?
I received my conditional green card based on my marriage to my wife. We are planning to divorce because it is just not working out between us. I have to apply to remove the conditions on my green card 90 days before it expires. I looked on the USCIS website which says that you can still apply if you get divorced. But my question is if it is harder to have the condition removed if I get divorced? What are they looking for in order to accept the removal of the condition? Thank you.

Yes it is harder.
They will look at your time here.
Have you held a steady job?
How long were you there?
Did you get arrested or have convictions while you were here?
Can you support yourself?
Do you already have a place of your own to live?

These are the kinds of things they are looking for.

When parents divorce, they have to decide where the child will live. They also have to make decisions regarding the upbringing of the child. Child custody laws describe the rights and responsibilities of parents for their child. Physical custody will generally describe who the child will live with. The parent may agree on physical custody, or the court may order a parenting plan. In general, a child will live primarily with one parent. The parent would be considered as sole physical custody. The other parent would be non-custodial parent. If the child lives equally with both parents, the parents are said to have joint physical custody. Legal custody will generally describe the decision making on upbringing of the child. In most cases, both parents will have joint legal custody of the child. However, the court awards sole custody to one of the parents in some cases. Legal custody is very different from physical custody. For instance, a parent with legal custody has the right to decide on the child’s medical care, dental care, education, and religion. However, the child may or may not live with that parent. It is important for the parent to understand the difference before making a request for legal custody. Legal battles over child custody can be long and expensive. Both parents will need to pay very expensive legal fees to family courts and family law attorneys. If it is possible, parents should come to an agreement on physical and legal custody of the child without the

Question by collegegirl9: What is the divorce rate between average americans and the celebrities?
I need substantial proof and great information. Can anyone tell me what that rate of divorce between the famous celebs and the average americans are? What my actual question is; is the divorce rate among celebs higher than the divorce rate of average americans? Because in today’s society, in my opinion it seems average Joe’s can stick it out in marriage with more problems than the celebrities can? Anyone who can help me discover this assumption to be true would be terrific help to me!!!

Best answer:

Answer by Monica
I bet for celebrities it is higher because the pressure of traveling and doing love scenes in movies can be hard for the spouses. You have to be a strong person to hear about or see the love scenes. Celebrities also get a lot of flattery.
