Most, if not all video editors can do this. In Windows Movie Maker it’s one of the effects.

of course it work but don’t forget that there is many people on youtube
and to be popular it’s not easy you have to build a good promotion to viralized your videos you can post your video on big forum or promote by email , facebook etc ..

I am planning to make a youtube account and I need recommendations for good cameras for youtube. Also, which video cameras do other people usualy use? My other question is I saw a sony video camera that you can use by hand, a big one. But I would also like one that can go into a video camera stand. But now that I thought, I needed a camera that you can record by hand, and also you can fit it into a video camera stand.
